Victorian Mother of Pearl Hafted Quill Bladed Penknife. The mother of pearl handle is carved with reeded lines down the length of the handle. The blade has the cutlers name of Fine Steel stamped on it.
Length open is 4.25 inches.
Condition: Good. The blade snaps in and out.
