Victorian Mother of Pearl Hafted Twin Bladed Penknife. The mother of pearl handle is plain and has metal end caps. The blade is stamped with the cutlers mark of H&C, Soligen.
Length open is 4.25 inches.
Condition: Good. Both blades snap in and out.
